What are your hours?
We are open every day from 9am to Midnight except for: Thanksgiving Day and Xmas Day. Our restaurant serves food from 10am to 10pm and drinks until 11pm. Amenities close at 11:30pm. Doors close at midnight. Rooftop pool closes at 10pm.
Rooftop pool rules
For the safety and enjoyment of the Rooftop pool and lounge area all guests must comply with the Rooftop Pool Rules below, in addition to the Bathhouse Code of Conduct. Any guest that does not comply with these rules or any reasonable request from Bathhouse staff will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Bathhouse Williamsburg Rooftop Pool Rules: Rinse before entering the pool. Be mindful of noise and conversation to be respectful of other guests. We know the views are incredible and there’s nothing better than a warm summer day in the city – even though you will be outside, help us maintain positive vibes by defaulting to indoor voices. No outside food/beverage may be brought into Bathhouse at any time – but feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Water bottles may not be made of glass as glass is a safety hazard. We have several complimentary water refill stations indoors and on the Rooftop. Smoking is not permitted. Indoor vs Rooftop Phone Policy: Indoor: Phone use is strictly prohibited in any Bathhouse indoor amenities (as per the Code of Conduct). This includes walking between the locker rooms and elevator. Please respect the privacy of guests using indoor saunas and pools. Rooftop: Phone use is permitted only on the Rooftop. Once on the Rooftop it’s fine to take photos/videos of guests from your party but absolutely no photos/videos of other guests. Professional photography is not permitted. Please use headphones to listen to music or your favorite podcast. No portable speakers, music players, or phones can be used to play music. Phone calls are okay if kept to a reasonable volume – no speakerphone, please. Adhere to capacity guidelines for Rooftop seating: Daybeds (Reservation Only): Maximum of 2 guests. Lounge Chairs (Reservation Only): Maximum of 1 guest. Mixed seating (First-come, first served): Mixed seating for individuals & groups includes couches and armchairs – please enjoy complimentary seating respectfully due to limited availability.
What is the cancellation policy for the Rooftop Pool?
Guest Cancellation We have the same weather information as everyone else. Please keep an eye on the weather and feel free to take advantage of our 24 hour cancellation policy if you wish to cancel your Rooftop Daybed or Lounge Chair reservation or your Day Pass to receive a full refund. Bathhouse Rooftop Cancellation - Inclement Weather Weather-permitting, the Rooftop at Bathhouse Williamsburg will be open seven days a week with hours of operation from 9:15am - 10pm. However, if rain or other severe weather is present we reserve the right to close the Rooftop at any time. If the Rooftop must be closed due to inclement weather or safety concerns, Bathhouse will take every reasonable measure to communicate this decision no later than 24 hours prior to the first reservation start time that day (i.e. 9:15am ET). If there is an unforeseen, rapidly-developing weather event that is cause for Rooftop closure midday, Bathhouse will communicate the closure to guests on the Rooftop to proceed safely indoors and downstairs to the indoor amenity area. If the Rooftop can be safely reopened same-day after a short-lived weather interruption, Bathhouse will take every reasonable measure to do so for the benefit of Day Pass and Reserved Seating guests. During any period of closure we will not accept any new bookings online during the time periods impacted.
